Superbowl And Cartman

This past weekend Tom and Timber had some people over to watch the Superbowl. J&R came over and they brought Cartman with them. This was my first time meeting Cartman, but I had heard a lot about him. He was friendly for the most part, but he didn't play with me for very long before he got tired and wanted to take a break. I wanted to keep playing because it is not every day that I get another dog to play with. I ended up getting put in my crate in order to give him a rest. While I was in there Dio came over and came to my crate to visit me. He smiled at me and patted my nose and seemed entertained just by my presence. He is a one year old human afterall, and it doesnt' take much to entertain them. Then Timber's brother came over, and I remember barking at him from a week ago. But this time he did listen to Tom and Timber for the most part, and it didn't take very long for me to warm up to him. The football game was ok, but I thought the Seahawks were going to win and as a result I owe some kibble to a few of my dawgs. :-)

Cats And Squirrels

I love going on walks around our condo complex because I get to see (and hopefully run after) cats and squirrels. Whenever I see a cat I try to bolt for it, but Tom or Timber hold on to my leash so I can't run off. I've heard them comment that I must have run away from my previous owners by running after some small animal. I wish I knew what happened but I think I have amnesia. I can't remember what my life was like before going to the Oakland SPCA and being adopted by Tom and Timber. But the cool thing about my condo complex is that it is loaded with cats. I would guestimate that there are 3 to 4 cats per dog around here. And since I found a squirrel nest up in a tree I always look up at it every time Tom walks me by it. It's the coolest thing and I wish I could climb the tree and go check it out.
